Wayrobo Autonomous Golf Ball Picking Robot Pre-Order & Demo Agreement
1. Deposit and Promotional Benefit
By paying a refundable US$99 deposit, the Customer secures a priority position for a professional on-site product demonstration. Upon the final purchase of a Wayrobo Autonomous Golf Ball Picking Robot, this deposit entitles the Customer to a US$1,000 discount off the official price.
2. On-Site Demonstration Commitment
Wayrobo agrees to conduct a live demonstration at the Customer’s designated facility within four (4) months of the payment date. This demonstration will showcase the robot’s core capabilities.
3. Purchase Decision Window
Following the completion of the on-site demonstration, the Customer shall have a period of two (2) months to decide whether to proceed with the purchase and utilize the $1,000 promotional credit.
4. Refund Policy and Procedures
Customer-Initiated: The Customer may request a full refund of the $99 deposit at any time before the Wayrobo demonstration team departs for the scheduled site visit.
Wayrobo-Initiated: If Wayrobo is unable to schedule or conduct the demonstration within the four-month commitment period, the company will automatically issue a full refund to the Customer.

5. Site Requirements and Technical Disclaimer
Successful demonstration and operation are contingent upon the facility meeting technical requirements, including adequate 4G/GNSS signal coverage and terrain compatible with the robot's autonomous navigation and AI systems. Wayrobo reserves the right to evaluate site information provided during registration and may decline a demonstration (issuing a full refund) if the site is deemed technically unsuitable for current autonomous technology.
6. Data Privacy
Customer and facility information collected during the reservation process will be used exclusively for scheduling the demonstration and providing product updates.
