(hereinafter called "Wayrobo" or "We") attaches great importance to the protection of the privacy and personal information of users (i.e., "you"), and we will do our best to protect the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
This Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter called "this Policy") applies to your use of our products and services (hereinafter called "products and services"), through the Wayrobo website (https://wayrobo.com/)and Wayrobo APP.
This Policy explains how we collect, store, use, provide, delete your information and what rights you have. The key points are as follows:
1. We will explain the types of personal information we collect from you and the corresponding purposes, so that you can understand the types of specific personal information we process for a specific function, the specific purposes and methods of such processing.

By using the Wayrobo Website, Wayrobo APP and related products and services to which this Policy applies, you agree to all of the contents of this Policy (including updated versions) and to the collection and processing of your personal information by us in the manner and for the purposes described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any content of this Policy, you should immediately stop using the Wayrobo Website, Wayrobo APP, and related products and services.

What information do we collect
Personal Data
While using our products and services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the products and services.
Usage Data may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the services by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our services or when you access the services by or through a mobile device.
Information Collected while Using Wayrobo APP
While using Wayrobo APP, in order to provide features of Wayrobo APP, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

● Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
We use this information to provide features of our services, to improve and customize our services. The information may be uploaded to the Wayrobo's servers and/or a service provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings.
How do we collect and use your information
Wayrobo will collect and use your personal information for the following purposes.
(1) Help you become our user
After you purchase our products and services, you need to provide your email address or mobile phone number so that we can create a personal account for you. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to register as a Wayrobo user, use the Wayrobo APP services, and other services that require Wayrobo account login to continue to use.
(2) Wayrobo equipment association and management
You can associate and manage Wayrobo smart devices (including golf ball pickers, etc.) through the Wayrobo APP in order to use the features and services related to Wayrobo smart devices on the Wayrobo APP and other Wayrobo products and services. To help you associate your Wayrobo smart devices, we will access your phone's Bluetooth and the positioning function to collect Wayrobo smart device hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifier and mobile network information with your consent, such information will be used to complete the pairing and binding between Wayrobo APP and Wayrobo smart devices.
(3) Synchronize your data of robot, map and work record so that you can manage the equipment and work data.
(4) Feedback and customer service
If you encounter any problems in using our products and services, or wish to make product suggestions to us, you can contact us through the Suggestions & Feedback in the Wayrobo APP to submit your suggestions or problems to us, and authorize our after-sales personnel to view your user account, App and robot work logs, mobile phone system, device information, location, application installation, to help us examine and solve your problems.
If you contact our customer service, we first need you to provide the necessary personal information for identity verification in order to ensure the security of your account. In order to provide services according to your requirements, after your authorization, human customer service need to inquire or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization, We adopt technical and administrative measures consistent with industry standards to safeguard your information security, including but not limited to preventing information leakage, tampering, or loss, and restricting employee access to information. We may also keep your contact details, records and content of your communications with us, and other information necessary to record and provide you with customer service information.
(5) Improve our products and services, and the user experience
In order to continuously optimize our products and services, implement such purposes as data analysis, audit, improvement of services, and development of new products, we may, according to your specific rights in software installation and use, accept and record the relevant equipment information you use in the process of using our services, such as equipment model, unique equipment identifier and other software and hardware information.
(6) Application and smart hardware upgrades
In order to enable you to enjoy the latest Wayrobo APP services, we may use your Wayrobo APP version information and terminal device model for application upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect the Wayrobo smart devices, with which you actively associate, and their version number information in order to upgrade the devices to ensure that you can use the latest version of the Service (including the firmware).
(7) Exceptions to your consent
Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;
Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;
Necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;
Conduct news reporting, public opinion supervision and other acts in the public interest, and process personal information within a reasonable scope;
In accordance with laws and regulations, to process within a reasonable scope the personal information disclosed by an individual or that has been lawfully disclosed;
Other circumstances provided for by laws and administrative regulations.
Please understand that the functions and services of our products will be constantly updated and developed, if a function or service does not inform the processing rules for the collection and use of your personal information in this Policy, we will separately inform you of the scope, purpose and method of personal information processing through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.

SDK service provider. In order to ensure the realization of some independent functions, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, after we carefully evaluate the purpose of the relevant SDK, we will embed third-party SDK in the application.

Google Play Services
The service provider may disclose personal informantion and information collected while using Wayrobo APP:
● as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
● when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
● with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
How do we protect your personal information
Wayrobo highly values the protection of your personal information and privacy. We will adopt reasonable and appropriate technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal information, protecting it from accidental destruction, accidental loss, and unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, access, copying, modification, leakage, damage, alteration, or other illegal processing.
Personal information you provide to us or automatically generate when registering for or using Wayrobo products and services is stored and protected using security measures and technical means such as encryption. We use a variety of security procedures, including encryption, to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.
Please note that the transmission of data over the Internet is not absolutely secure, and while we aim to do our best to protect information security, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information you provide or transmit to us. Your rights
Subject to certain exceptions as set forth in this Policy and permitted by law, you have the right to access, update, copy and delete your personal information.
(1) Query, copy, update and delete your personal information
You can access your Account on the Wayrobo APP to query, update (including correct, modify) or delete your personal information in your Wayrobo APP account. You may also copy or delete your personal information by contacting us.
In the event of the following circumstances, you can contact us at any time through the contact information set out in this Policy to request the exercise of your corresponding personal information rights
● Unable to access, correct or modify your personal information through the account;
● Your personal information collected or stored by us is incorrect;
● Our collection or use of your personal information violates applicable laws, regulations or the provisions of this Policy.
When you delete certain information, as required by applicable law, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our systems, but we will delete your information in a timely manner after exceeding the period of storage required by law.
(2) Delete the account
You can delete your Wayrobo APP account. You can log out by going to [Account] - [Account and Security] - [Account Deletion], as prompted on the page. After you delete your account, Wayrobo will stop providing you with products or services, and delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise provided for by laws and regulations.
(3) Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your personal information at any time. After withdrawing your consent, we will no longer collect and use your personal information, but it does not affect the legality of information processing activities previously conducted based on your consent.
(4) The rights of the close relatives of the deceased user
In the unfortunate event of a user's passing, close relatives of the deceased may exercise rights including access, copy, correction, and deletion of the deceased's personal information for their legitimate interests, except as otherwise agreed by the deceased during their lifetime. Close relatives may contact us via the channels listed in this Policy. We will process such requests after verifying their identity and the legitimacy of their interest in relation to the deceased's data.
(5) Contact and complain
For security purposes, we may ask you to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity before processing your request, and In principle, we will provide a response within fifteen (15) working days.
In principle, we do not charge you for the above reasonable request. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a fee, as appropriate, for requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup storage).
(6) Exceptions:
If your request involves the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request:
• Directly related to national security and national defense security;
• Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
• Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences;
• There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights (such as your request will endanger public security and the legitimate rights and interests of others, or your request is beyond the scope of general technical means and business costs can cover);
• Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;
• involving trade secrets;
• Other circumstances required by laws and regulations.
Protection of children's personal information
Wayrobo products and services are for specific professional purposes intended for use by adult professionals, we do not and do not intend to provide Wayrobo products and services to anyone under the age of 16, and we do not actively collect personal information from any children under the age of 16. And you promise that you will not and do not intend to provide us with information about children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will immediately delete that information.
How is your personal information stored
In principle, the personal information we collect and generate in Singapore will be stored in Singapore.
Because we and our partners provide products or services through resources and servers located around the world, this means that your personal information may be transferred to, or accessed from jurisdictions of the Singapore with your sole authorized consent. Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, or even no laws. In such cases, we will ensure that reasonable commercial efforts are made to protect your personal information (providing a level of protection comparable to that of your country), as required by laws and regulations.
How long your personal information will be retained
The personal information you provide to Wayrobo APP will only be retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which such personal information was collected, taking into account our need to comply with contractual obligations, resolve customer service issues, comply with legal requirements and provide new or improved services to users. This means that after you have stopped using the Wayrobo APP by deleting your account, we may retain your personal information for the minimum necessary period expressly required or permitted by law. After this period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information without prior notice.
How can this Policy be updated
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise provided by law, we will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your express consent. We will post any updates we make to this Policy on this page. We also provide more prominent notice for material changes.
Material changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:
