A slope you can feel at first glance.

In the rolling landscape of the Czech Republic, golf courses are rarely flat. Fairways rise and fall with the natural terrain, creating beautiful views—and real operational challenges.

At one such course, a driving range sits beside a slope exceeding 15°, with sections approaching 20°. It’s the kind of incline you notice the moment you stand in front of it.

What does a 15°–20° slope really mean?

On paper, it may not sound dramatic. In practice, it changes everything.

For golfers, balls rarely stay where they land. Footing feels less certain.

For maintenance teams, this kind of terrain turns routine ball collection into a cautious, high-risk task—especially on wet grass.

This is exactly the environment where Wayrobo was put to the test.

The real question wasn’t whether it could collect balls. It was whether it could stay stable while doing so.

Would it slip?

Would it struggle midway up?

On site, the outcome was telling.

Wayrobo climbed the slope steadily while collecting balls, maintaining consistent speed and balance without hesitation.

No wheel spin.

No detours.

No instability.

For terrain like this, where manual collection typically requires extra caution or even interruption, the operation remained smooth and uninterrupted.

Built for challenging terrain

This performance is not accidental. It comes from a combination of thoughtful design and engineering.

  • Independent drive system

Each wheel is powered individually, providing strong traction and control.

Even when carrying up to 2000 balls, the machine handles a 15° slope with ease.

  • Wide turf-friendly tires

The specially designed tires provide reliable grip, even on wet grass. At the same time, their low ground pressure helps protect the turf.

  • Stable, low-center design

A carefully balanced structure keeps the machine steady, reducing the risk of tipping on uneven ground.

  • All-wheel suspension system

The suspension absorbs shocks and keeps the wheels in contact with the ground, minimizing slipping or bouncing.

Smart enough to adapt

Beyond strength and stability, Wayrobo is designed to respond to real conditions.

On dry terrain, it takes a direct path for maximum efficiency.

On wet or slippery slopes, it adjusts its route to improve stability and reduce risk.

This ability to adapt makes a clear difference in real-world performance.

A reliable partner for every course

Wayrobo is built to handle the demanding parts of course maintenance—consistently and carefully.

Whether your course is flat or steep, dry or wet, it is designed to perform with stability and precision.
