Job Overview
To support the Robotics business growth strategy implementation in Europe, United States, Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, we are looking for a local sales manager for Autonomous Golf Ball Picking Robot and Advanced Autonomous Reel Mower to proceed with the business growth in channel & market development, benchmark customer development, distributors and dealers development & management, direct sales of products, customer visits, and business communication to achieve the sales revenue. This role will be the key contact person between headquarters and the local region. To improve the product and get to know the potential new-driven business, you are responsible for sorting and updating local market research, business opportunities, and product feedback from dealers and end users to the R&D team and the sales management team. Ultimately, your job will be integral to our efforts to ensure profitability and business success. Travelling is needed from time to time to meet customers. This role can be based anywhere in the following options (Florida USA, France, Czech, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore), ideally near major golf court regions.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and manage the local sales channels and dealer network. Strengthen company’s credibility and market reputation by building trusted relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers through consultative sales, training, and consistent service;
Be responsible for the growth of sales amount and business exploration in the assigned market to achieve revenue growth year-over-year;
Monthly and quarterly sales forecast preparation and execution;
Responsible for the entire sales process, including visits, negotiations, quotations, contract signing, payment management, after-sales service coordination to improve efficiency between customers and internal team;
Collect market information & analysis including market size, market trend, new products and applications, customer trends, etc., and report back internally in a timely fashion;
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal support teams (FAE, PM, R&D), closing product gaps and driving continuous improvements that boost customer satisfaction and success;
Represent the company at trade shows, demos, industry events, conferences, and other travel as required to build brand awareness and expand market presence to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience;
Weekly, monthly timely reporting. Participate in relevant meetings and ensure market feedback is properly translated for internal action and help to leverage the effect of sales strategy implementation;
Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and industrial robots, or equivalent experience in autonomous robotic equipment industry, agricultural machinery industry, golf equipment industry, turf management industry, etc.;
At least 3 years of experience in roles of sales manager, sales engineer for robotic products. Experience within the golf sector (equipment, turf management, technology), with access to key customers, agents, and distributors across the industry is highly preferred;
Expert in solution selling, channel development, and contract negotiation, high cultural agility, and ability to build trust in diverse markets;
A problem solver and a fast learner, with product knowledge, presentation skills, technical understanding;
Excellent customer relationship manner and the ability to handle difficult situations with diligence;
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work under pressure. Proactive, energetic, and passionate about sales in robotic and automation products;
Willingness to travel around 50% of work schedule mainly to customers, distributors, etc., in domestic and surrounding areas;
A holder of permanent residence or with green card in the local area. Fluent in English is a must. Proficient in Chinese is preferred.
